Are You a Senior Leader and Mom

Who Can't Stop Circling the Same Career Decision?

This 6-week advisory helps you finally make the career decision you've been putting off & build a plan around your real life

You fought for this title, this salary, this seat at the table. And now you're lying awake wondering if the life you built is the life you actually want. You know exactly what’s at stake. The comp, the equity, the title you spent at least a decade building toward.

But deep down you know that something has to shift, you're just not sure yet if it's the role, the structure, or the way you're showing up in all of it. And somewhere between the second kid, the return-to-office, the reorg (or just the slow accumulation of it all) the questions started getting louder.

Is this career worth being away from my kids? Am I staying because I want this or because starting over feels too risky? Is it the job, the company, or something bigger I need to change?

You've talked it through with your partner. Maybe a therapist. Maybe a trusted friend who gets it. And you're still here, performing, delivering, holding it all together, while secretly wondering if this is what the next ten years are supposed to look like.

"The problem is that you're trying to make a high-stakes decision while completely overloaded and overload distorts clarity."

What This Program Helps You Solve

The indecision. The overload. The fear of making the wrong decision - or no move at all. Each phase is designed to work through one layer at a time until you leave with a decision you trust and a 90-day plan built around your real life.

1. Get honest about what you're carrying.

Before we touch the career question, we look at what's actually on your plate. The mental load, the logistics, the invisible weight of holding it all together. Clarity can't come before stability and most women are trying to make a major decision while running on fumes.

2. Redefine what success actually looks like now.

Motherhood changed you. Your career strategy hasn't caught up. We update your definition of success so the decisions you're making are based on who you are now, not who you were before kids.

3. Isolate the real decision.

Most women are trying to solve the wrong problem. We separate the actual crossroads from the fear, the guilt, and the noise, so you can see what you're really deciding.

4. Pressure-test it like a business decision.

You evaluate your options against real risk, not fear-based risk. What you'd regret. What you'd still defend six months from now. Whether the answer is a change, a restructure, or a recommitment with new boundaries.

5. Build your 90-day plan.

The decision becomes a concrete plan, with a clear roadmap, the right conversations, and the infrastructure to protect it. You submit it, I return it with a personalized video audit.

WHO This is for

This is for woman who is:

  • Performing well on paper but quietly questioning whether this is still the right role, company, or path

  • Recently promoted and realizing the bigger title came with a trade-off nobody warned you about

  • Returning from leave and finding that the version of your career that worked before doesn't fit anymore

  • Staying but unsure if it's because you genuinely want to be there or because the comp and equity make it hard to imagine leaving

  • Wondering if the problem is your job or your life architecture and whether a restructure could fix what feels broken without blowing everything up

  • Carrying a question about your career that you haven't said out loud to your partner, your boss, or anyone

  • A Director, VP, or senior leader with kids under 10 who doesn’t need more hustle or another productivity hack, but needs to finally make a career decision with the help of someone in your corner who’s been there

WHO This Isn't for

This isn’t for the woman who is:

  • Looking for someone to tell them what to do

  • Wants a career coach who pretends motherhood isn't part of the equation

  • Not ready to actually make a decision, you just want to keep thinking about it

  • Is looking for resume reviews, interview prep, or job search support. This is about making the decision, not executing a job hunt

Your guide through this

Hi, I'm Mel. I'm a former sales leader at Salesforce and Square, and a mom of two.

I spent over a decade building and leading teams inside high-growth tech companies. I hired, promoted, and coached leaders. I held vision, set strategy, and helped people make hard decisions when the stakes were high and the path forward wasn't obvious.

Then, I became a mother.

Like many ambitious women, my life expanded and my priorities shifted. And for the first time, I found myself having to make big decisions about my career.

What I didn't expect was how hard those decisions became when I was overloaded. So I did what I'd always done with hard problems, I applied strategic thinking to it.

I built a framework for making a decision I could stand behind. And when I started sharing that process with other women, I realized hundreds of them were navigating the exact same moment.

Career Crossroads Lab is that framework, built for the woman who needs to answer the question: does my career still fit the life I actually want? And if not, what needs to change?

Common questions, answered honestly.

Is this about leaving my job?

No. Some women leave. Some stay and renegotiate. Some pivot internally. The goal isn't to push you toward any particular outcome - it's to help you make the decision that's right for your life right now, one you can stand behind. The process works regardless of where you land.

I'm really busy. Do I actually have time for this?

Part of why you're so busy is that this decision is unresolved and taking up mental space. The sessions are focused and built for women who are in the thick of it. Most find they get back more clarity than the hours they put in.

What if my situation is really complicated?

Complicated is exactly what this was built for. The women who get the most out of this program are the ones with competing pressures, high-stakes tradeoffs, and no easy answer. That's not a reason to wait, it's a reason to do this with structure instead of alone.

How is this different from therapy or career coaching?

Therapy helps you process. Career coaches help your job search. This does neither. Career Crossroads Lab starts with your life - your capacity, your identity, what success actually means now that you're a mother - and works backward to the career decision. Most programs start with the role. We start with the woman in the role. The career decision comes last, after the clarity work is done.

What if I don't know what I want yet?

That's the most common place women start. Not knowing what you want is a symptom of overload, not a character flaw. Figuring that out is built into the first half of the program. You don't need to come in already having the answer.

Do I need to apply first?

Yes. Before enrolling, we'll get on a short call to make sure this is the right fit for where you are right now. You can [apply here].

You've been circling this long enough.

The decision isn't going to get easier with more time. It's going to get clearer with the right structure.Your life changed when you became a mom. Your career strategy hasn't caught up. This is where you realign the two.

If you're ready to start moving forward, this is for you.

Founding pricing closes April 22nd. Only 10 spots available.
